| improv and good times
Improvathon was the largest gathering of uncles in quite a while. We had all but Uncle Kyle, Uncle Beason, and Uncle Ryan. Congratulations to Uncle Kenny for putting together a strong NCC team that held their own and to Uncle Evan (Dragon) and Uncle Eric for a fantasticly well played game that got them to the second round (and should have gotten them farther). Disneyland planning continues smoothly. There will be an Uncle thrift store day to acquire pirate gear. | | |
| Uncle Update
This weekend was good times for The Uncles. two uncles went to Disneyland to perform some recon for the possiblities for a take over and to see the wonderful Nicole as Alice in the Electrical Parade. then all day Saturday was spent in Uncling duties. It was wonderful to see Niece Becca...she's been gone far too long. Hearty congratulations go out to Uncle Eric and Uncle Evan (Dragon) for graduating. good times were had in Temecula/Murietta.

so newness again...uncle clint left us in a manner most sudden and left us one short. on a voyage up to temecula-land, there was a mini-mass uncle gathering and a new uncle was met and voted in. everyone please welcome our new scottish brother, uncle kyle. big fat trophies were awarded and a good time was had by all. luckily, evil did not get in trouble for joining us for dinner. disaster was avoided. speaking of evil, there has been a suggestion made that since she is so far from niecehood and much closer to chaos, she should be made the one and only uncle-ess, or uncle-less, whichever you prefer. for clarification, evil is michelle hauswirth, and she is under our protection, but she is in no way qualified to be a niece. she is far to uncle-like for that. uncles please vote on this matter. another matter that was decided on sat was the uncles shall all chip in for the "bring becca home for summer" fund. since there are 10 of us, depending on the airline we choose, it should only be about $10-$20 per uncle. we await the return of uncle beason so there may be an uncle coucil and day of mayhem at, where else?, disneyland. perfect. that is all for now. | | |
